I had wanted to leave a review after I'd finished building in this case, but I've been stuck waiting for other components to become available for my Alder Lake DDR4 build. I'll plan to update this review once the build is further along or complete but as there's currently no other reviews on this product I wanted to at share some initial impressions.
I have a question on this product page asking the maximum PSU length, while also mounting a 120mm front fan. The answer was 160mm (the PSU) when removing the mounting bracket for more space. However I'm relived to say the Seasonic Prime TX-750 with crazy good AnandTech reviews, which is 170mm, will fit in the case with a 120mm front fan. The Britec09 review on YouTube was similar enough that I could tell it would fit, and I've confirmed it does. One thing to note however, the 25mm thick fan is flush against the PSU in this configuration, so you might give up a couple PSU outlets. In my planned configuration, those were redundant and unneeded. You can also buy 15mm thick fans.
My plan is to use this case to construct a build with all the "best parts" like titanium PSUs (less heat, less noise), and the largest CPU air coolers and GPUs; but without going overboard and burning money. This case should be able to fit all of that without much wasted space. Although there are some so-so YouTube reviews regarding thermals (they didn't use the front fan at all...), I can't understand how it wouldn't be cool, since this is a relatively open case, albeit with some internal bends. I'm feeling confident that the case is open enough and can fit enough NF-A12x25 fans into it, that it's going to be fine, if not really really good.
Part of the reason I bought this case is I want to put in (wait for it) FOUR-POINT-THREE slot RTX 3070 Noctua-edition. It should fit and breath form outside with a small gap between the open top panel. Honestly, I think any other lone GPU in this case is going to look odd, with lots of open room at the top. I am a little concern however I won't be able to get the PSU cables where they need to go, but we will see; I think there will be options.
Speculation aside, the case I have received is surprisingly lightweight and simple. Colors match. The glass panel seems sturdy. Mesh front (yeah! no dated drive port). It's what it needs to be and nothing more, perfect. I was hesitant on all white, but I think it's going to be good even if I can't find black panels later to make it Stormtrooper colored. I've taken off then handles, as recommended while building to avoid scratches. It's pretty bare bones once the sides and handles are off, but I like it.
I've never built in a case with magnetic dust filters (last build was .. awhile ago), and I'm not quite sure what to expect from a dust filter, but the top filter does seem a little less impeded than the front not-magnetic filter, just from site. So I hope it works. It's probably normal, and I'm hoping positive pressure keeps the dust out too.
I will say, having the case IO on the side is going to be a little awkward. It limits where you can put the completed build. E.g. if next to a couch, on its side under a TV, or against a wall. I'm going to have to choose between being able to reach the button and being able to see my pretty computer parts behind glass.
It came with just one 120mm fan. Good! (and an adorable little 60mm fan, very thin too) I really don't want fans to come with cases. So that it's this few is awesome. They add expense and I'm going to replace them anyway. One thing that's maybe not obvious: You *can* have a 120mm front fan *and* a 60mm front fan at the same time, but I don't think I want little fans even if they're nice fans, so I probably wont do that.
Anyway, I'm super excited to build in this thing an post some photos; but until I can find a decent DDR4 z690 MATX board, and and that thicc Noctua GPU, this is it (for low latency, DDR4 is currently more mature than DDR5).
But this case is not for beginners, it can be annoying to work in. Planning your build is important because as soon as you start adding components, it'll be next to impossible to get the ones you forgot back in, like that extremely flimsy 3 pin ARGB header.
There are also some cons to the case, build quality is awful. The case left two huge paper cuts on my fingers because they didn't sand/file the handles down. Also when closing the case I gave the glass panel a little shove and boom, the glass side panel had shattered into 100s of pieces all inside my PC (which is why I returned it). I would also go for the bare model as the ARGB version just isnt worth it. The fans are loud and make an annoying hum noise and the color shifts are slowwww
All in all, if you're looking to stick the maximum amount of power in a small, portable case, this might be the only option for you,

Great for any LAN parties still ongoing.
